Gift wrapping and packaging

Small items are shipped in a lovely handmade pillow box and secured with tissue paper (to use less plastic!). This box will be inside a bigger box for security.

Big necklaces and bracelets are sent in a delicate organza bag or wrapped in a delicate pink tissue paper and secured with tissue paper inside a box for security.

If this is a gift, I’d be happy to add a note – just let me know what your message is and I’ll include in the package.

How should I care for my jewellery?

The finest quality material available are used to meticulously create your order. Due to the nature of the designs and some of the materials, special care is necessary to extend the life of your purchase.

In order to prevent tarnish and keep it shiny for a long time, It is important that you don't wear it while washing/bathing/showering, do not spray perfume on it, and avoid contact with soap/creams. Don't wear jewelry while sleeping. I also recommend not wearing while gardening, playing sports, working out or any other activity that may shorten the life of your jewellery.

Please note that sweat, cream, perfume can cause gold/silver plating to tarnish.

What happen if I give you the wrong address?

Natural Colours is not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by a customer.
It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct shipping address. To prevent delay or possibly even extra fee, please provide us with your correct and current address.

How will my order be shipped?

UK - All UK orders are posted with Royal Mail 2nd Class signed for (you can always upgrade your shipping to 1st Class or Special delivery at the checkout)

USA - All orders are sent by Royal Mail International Standard, this service is NOT tracked and there will be no tracking information. If you wish to have your order tracked then please choose to upgrade your postage option in the drop down menu at the checkout.
